Senior Digital Marketing Specialist- Website Management & Marketing Automation

4 days a week onsite in NYC

Position Summary

The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist is a hands-on digital marketing professional responsible for the day-to-day management of the organization's website and marketing automation platforms. This role owns website content publishing, landing page creation, email campaign execution, CRM audience management, and digital reporting. The ideal candidate is a self-sufficient executor who can independently manage and optimize digital marketing initiatives with minimal oversight.

Key Responsibilities

Website & CMS Management

• Own the ongoing maintenance, publishing, and optimization of the corporate website using the CMS (Liferay or similar).
• Build, update, and manage website content, landing pages, forms, and digital assets.
• Ensure website content is accurate, current, brand-compliant, accessible, and optimized for user experience.
• Coordinate content updates with internal stakeholders and manage publishing schedules.
• Monitor website performance and user behavior using Google Analytics (GA4) and recommend improvements.
• Troubleshoot website issues, coordinate with vendors as needed, and ensure smooth platform functionality.

Marketing Automation & CRM Execution

• Build, deploy, and manage email marketing campaigns using Eloqua, Oracle CX Sales, or similar platforms.
• Create and maintain audience segments, email templates, landing pages, forms, surveys, and automated campaign workflows.
• Manage CRM data quality, contact records, and communication lists.
• Execute campaigns from setup through deployment, testing, and reporting.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve engagement and conversion metrics.
• Ensure all digital communications follow compliance, branding, and operational standards.

Reporting & Optimization

• Track and report on website, email, and campaign performance.
• Analyze engagement metrics and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Support continuous improvements across digital channels through testing, troubleshooting, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of hands-on experience managing websites, digital marketing platforms, and marketing automation programs.
• Advanced experience with enterprise CMS platforms such as Liferay or similar systems.
• Advanced experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Eloqua, Oracle CX Sales, Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, or similar.
• Strong experience building and deploying email campaigns, landing pages, forms, and audience segments.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4) and digital performance reporting.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS; familiarity with JavaScript is a plus.
• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools to modify digital assets.
• Strong troubleshooting, project management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing digital marketing programs in a corporate or highly regulated environment.
• Financial services industry experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with UX/UI best practices, accessibility standards, and Figma.
