Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, where you will conduct routine patrols, monitor assigned areas, help to deter incidents, and support access control activities. Pay Rate: $16.50 / Hour

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document activities according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior common areas, parking facilities, building entrances, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions and general property information, and report unauthorized access or unusual conditions to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Prepare accurate shift reports, incident reports, and daily activity logs while maintaining professional communication with property management and other stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
