Project Coordinator – Procurement & Logistics

Nashville, TN - Monday–Thursday Onsite, Fridays Remote

$75,000–$90,000

About the Opportunity

We’re partnering with a growing hospitality design and procurement firm seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join its Nashville team.

This role supports the procurement and delivery of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) for hotel, hospitality, and select multifamily projects. You'll work closely with Project Managers, vendors, and logistics partners to keep multiple projects organized, on schedule, and running smoothly.

Hospitality or design experience is NOT required! The team is happy to train someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate purchasing, purchase orders, vendor communication, and material deliveries.
\n
• Track multiple projects, shipments, inventory, and procurement timelines.
\n
• Work closely with Project Managers to identify delays and resolve issues.
\n
• Maintain accurate project records, databases, and documentation.
\n
• Coordinate with vendors, warehouses, and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.
\n
• Assist with project closeouts, invoice reconciliation, and inventory discrepancies.
\n

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, purchasing, procurement, logistics, or administrative operations.
\n
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
\n
• Ability to multitask, prioritize deadlines, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
\n
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office.
\n
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented personality.
\n
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
\n
• Experience with Salesforce, hospitality, construction, or FF&E is a plus, not required .
\n
