Houston law firm in the Galleria area seeks legal assistant with at least 3 years of legal workplace experience. The successful candidate will be proficient in calendaring discovery responses, docket control orders, other important cut-offs, communicating with clients and other law offices, as well as court staff and experts.
The position is full time or part time.
General knowledge of motions, discovery, litigation documentation, client communication, etc. Communicating with both Texas state and federal Courts. Highly organized with ability to juggle multiple deadlines. Strong communication skills along with attention to detail. Proficient computer usage, including Microsoft Office, document management systems, trial software, Google, etc.
Benefits available to Full Time Position only.
$60,000.00/year plus bonus (Full Time), depending on level of experience.
